By engaging my services, you agree to my Terms & Conditions.

Please allow for 5 - 10 business days from the date the product is received (or the date I receive the brief form where I have already received the product) to the date the final images are ready. Please note that in busy times the turnaround time may be longer, enquire about time frames if you are on a deadline.

URGENT jobs: A Rush fee of 20% of the total cost will be added to the final invoice for jobs that require a turnaround within 48 hours.

Final images will only be sent to the client upon full payment of the invoice.

All information submitted by the client will be treated by Jan Sisley Photography with complete confidentiality.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the client understands and agrees that Jan Sisley Photography is entitled to use any and all images for promotional purposes including but not limited to advertising and promotional material, social media, websites and other online and/or print media unless expressly denied by the client.

If you are not completely happy with the images produced, please let Jan Sisley Photography know in writing within 3 days of receiving the images by emailing info@jansisey.com.

Outside of this 3 day period any requested changes will be charged at $70 an hour. 2 rounds of changes are included in your fee. More than that and the changes are charged out at $70/hour.

Clear-cutting is a separate service & will be charged separately at $20/photo.

A creative setup cost will be charged at $70.00 per hour. This covers brand research, shoot planning, prop sourcing/purchasing and travel.

Additional costs may apply for props/items needed for the shoot and will be added to the invoice. If you have a strict budget for prop purchases please state this on the client brief form. 

Clients are required to cover all postage costs associated with sending and returning products. Return postage will be added to the invoice and products will not be sent until the invoice is paid in full. Jan Sisley Photography cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to products once they have been collected by the courier.

Previews: the client will be sent a preview contact sheet to review, these images are the property of the photographer unless stated otherwise.

In some cases, the product will be opened, used or unpackaged as required for the shoot. Any requests not to open, use or un-package the product must be stated on client form. Jan Sisley Photography cannot be held responsible if this request reaches us at or after the shoot has taken place.

Jan Sisley Photography cannot be held responsible where information supplied by the client during or after the briefing stage is incorrect or inaccurate.

While I retain the copyright of all images created for you (as per New Zealand Copyright laws), you have full license to use the images where and how you need them. I just ask that you don’t alter the images without my permission as I need to maintain the integrity of the original content created as a representation of Jan Sisley Photography’s work! Jan Sisley Photography cannot be held liable in any claims, liability, or damages that could arise from the client’s misuse of the images.

These terms set out the basis upon which you may use this website, information about the copyright in this website and my privacy policy, which describes what I do with personal information I collect from you and the ways in which I may collect the information.

The purpose of this website is to provide information about Jan Sisley Photography.

Jan Sisley Photography is not responsible if you rely on any information you access on or through this website. Jan Sisley Photography is also not responsible for information provided by third parties that you may access on or through this website.

I do not warrant or represent that my website will operate in a continuous or fault-free basis, will be completely secure or private all of the time, or will be free from viruses or other harmful features. However, I do take reasonable steps to avoid or mitigate these types of issues.

The laws of New Zealand apply to the use of this website, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.

Jan Sisley Photography may change this privacy policy from time to time in response to changes to technology, my data collection practices or the law.  All changes will be posted to this website and may apply to previously collected information.
